My reaction to this weeks learning is intrigued, I am thinking I will need to do more independent research in regards to judges and juries because the class did not go very in-depth. I have begun to learn the role media can play in large cases however, would like to do some further investigating.

How hard do judges try to make sure that a jury is demographically representative? If they are not representative who do you think would suffer the most?
